When will my order ship?
Ready to Ship: These items are in stock and will ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Most ship same day.
Made to Order: When you place an order on this website you are ordering a custom product that is put into the next business days production schedule. All website orders will take at least 5 to 15 business days before it will ship. If you need a product sooner please check call.
SurplusStuff: Pigments ship within 24-48 hours. Equipment is Freight Ready and is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange freight.
21stCentury Jewelry: If the size is in stock it ships within 24-48 hours. If the size needs to be produced please allow 2 weeks for shipment.

Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase or believe that it is defective or damaged you may return it for an equal exchange within 30 days of purchase. Provided the merchandise is returned in the original condition/packaging as when shipped and you notify us by phone or email within five (5) days of receiving your order, we will exchange the merchandise in question or issue you a store credit that can be used on future orders once the merchandise in question has been returned to us. The merchandise does not have to arrive here within the five day inspection period. You must, however, notify us that you want to return merchandise within the five day inspection period by email or by phone and we will issue a Return Authorization.
Undamaged returned merchandise can be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable and all returns must be shipped pre-paid unless prior arrangements are made with us. We do recommend that you package the items securely, insure your package and send it via a trackable carrier such as FedEx, Express or Priority Mail and/or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments being returned to us.

Guarantee:
All M3 Mokume and Damascus patterns are random, created by hand and by the reaction of the elements to each other. While we have some control over the overall patterns (i.e.: wood grain or burl) the end result is like a snowflake or fingerprint; no two are alike. It is the random nature of the patterns that make our M3 Mokume Gane and Damascus so desirable.
If your finished work is not presentable due to an unsightly pattern or any defect in the blank then we will replace the M3 blank for FREE.
Oops Insurance (50% deductable):
Mistakes happen and when they happen with an expensive material it hurts. We want you to try this material. So if you break one of your first M3 products, drill through, cut it wrong or destroy it in any manner while working with it we will replace it for 50% of the current catalog price plus shipping. Simply send us the pieces with a brief explanation of what happened.
