M3x10 Finally Shipping
The M3x10 production line has finally started shipping product on a consistent basis and the early images are astounding. This ring was crafted from M3x10 Black Gold Mokume, featuring Black Titanium and our brightest Gold Bronze ever. No ring core is required due to the astounding strength of the M3x10 metal composite.
This gives rings and bands crafted with this bespoke material the unique ability to be resized and the customers love seeing the pattern on the inside of the ring.
M3x10 is the result of 12 years of research and developement. We believe to have successfully engineered one of the worlds most beautiful, durable, impact and chip resistant, heirloom quality materials that will look great and last FOREVER; our mission statement.
Finished products or parts produced from M3x10 will not break or chip if dropped from a normal height or while being used as intended. M3x10 can not shrink, crack, tarnish, corrode or change in any substantial manner.
No need to retool. This modern composite metal can be worked with any machine or tool that cuts Polycarbonate or Polyacetal. The featured ring was cut on a Roland MDX-40a CNC, from a 1.75″ x 1.75″ x .38″ M3x10 Ring Blank (See our online store for sizes and pricing M3mokume.com/Store).
The learning curve and investment in this bespoke material was substantial and caused numerous mechanical breakdowns and shipping delays. Some customers have been patiently waiting for their M3x10 orders and again I say “Thank You; We have the nicest most understanding customers ever. Any orders over 30 days old will be doubled.”
Our M3 Mokume line is shipping product in 5 to 10 days and the M3x10 line is at 15 to 30, but catching up fast.
